Child Safety Standards
These published standards apply to AutoDate.ai and Agents AI Ltd. on all public app-store, website, and product surfaces. They are intended to satisfy the child-safety standards required for social and dating apps.
Zero-tolerance policy
- AutoDate.ai by Agents AI Ltd. strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, coercion, and any sexualized interaction involving minors.
- Accounts, content, or activity that suggest a user is underage, impersonating a minor, seeking contact with minors, or sharing exploitative material are subject to immediate investigation and removal.
- AutoDate.ai does not allow users to use the product to generate, automate, or distribute abusive, exploitative, or sexualized content involving minors.
- We will preserve and review safety reports, disable abusive access, and cooperate with lawful child-safety reporting and investigation requirements where applicable.
How AutoDate.ai enforces this
- In-app and operator feedback channels for reporting unsafe behavior.
- Internal review of reported accounts, sessions, and generated activity logs.
- Immediate suspension or deletion of violating accounts and related session access.
- Escalation of credible CSAM or CSAE signals through the appropriate legal and platform reporting paths.
